About Us

Born and raised in San Antonio, Steve Costello was a research chemist for over 15 years prior to becoming a Texas trial lawyer and a patent attorney. He attended law school at South Texas College of Law in downtown Houston while working full-time.

While attending law school, he was a member of South Texas Law Review. Mr. Costello is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Costello practices patent law, business litigation, family law, probate and estate administration, serving Harris, Brazoria, and Galveston counties in southeast Texas.
